If I could give a zero I would. Off shore ordering who hangs up on you when calling to find where your order is. Manager at... Tehama Ridge would rather hang up on you verses fixing it. Horrible experience and customer service. Will never order from themagain for home or work. Had to throw away the food that sat outside for 90 minutes. Delivery driver didn't let us know it washere. I have no problems with quality of pizza how ever this location is pretty slow and scammy. Our pizza was delivered by DoorDash... even though we placed it through the app. Normally I always tip but it was delivered 30mins past the latest estimate. The nextmorning around 7 am my card was flagged for suspicious activity on a website called tip me for 20$ and some change, they triedusing it over 10 times! The last two try?s went through and had an auto pay set up every month. That?s a lot of money! I wasable to get everything sorted with my bank but we left for vacation early that morning and wasn?t able to use my card our wholetrip. I don?t know where in the order process my card info was taken but that?s the last time I pay with a card here. If we everorder from here again. We got a card in the mail for 1 free pizza because that definitely makes up for stealing cardinformation. Read more
Delivery times have gotten later and later every time we order. Waiting over an hour for our delivery at 2:30 pm on a Thursday... is just too much for me. The pizza was ok- warm but didn?t look fresh. Shorter delivery times would be helpful! Read more
