The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! They don't have enough staff to handle in store customer volume. The staff... speaks and acts disrespectfully. They make you wait a long time just to pick up your order even if you call ahead. As a matterof fact, they won't let you pay in store if you make a large order over the phone. Terrible, terrible experience!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! I had trouble ordering online, finally figured out how to do... it. When the driver showed up, I was missing part of the order and he said, "That's what they gave me. Call them." and shruggedme off. I called the store and the manager was only going to offer me a $25 credit. I explained that I am never ordering fromthem again and he mumbled something and hung up on me.
