The food was good. The service was bad. There was 10 car in front of me. I was trying to go in the front door to get a take out... order. They had both DOORS LOCK. So I had to get back in lane in the drive thur. By the time we got home with the chicken itwas cold. And we live on the back side of Crowley. Went last night to get a tender family meal tenders were old looking and dry whole meal including fries were cold. Called back... after getting home to let them know. NO pick up. Waited till next day called back three times no pick up so I decided to go inperson and wait through the lunch traffic to let them know. They tell me I have to bring the food back. 1. If it was same day itwould make sense but foods thats been sitting there for 14 hrs? What are you going to do just throw it away. 2. Does covidsaftey not exist anymore and we just take back all food. I never have a miss with the place the one time I do it was handledpoorly. Morale of story pick up your phone when we call so we dont have to drive just to find out we need to go back home. 0Stars if I could. Read more
