It's been a minute since I've been here but, I'll be back really soon! Generous portions of those baby back ribs! Fall of the... bone tenderness! Wow! And the sides were exceptional! Always love going here the rolls are amazing. I have never tried one of the salads before and this time since I'm on WW I gave... the turkey salad a try. It was delicious. I just wish they had more low calorie dressing choices. I did eat a roll and it wasamazing. Read more

I hadn't been to a Spring Creek BBQ for a few years and decided tonight to get take out. Long story short. I was missing items... from my order and got questioned about it by the employee when I explained to them that my order was incomplete. Once I showedthe employee my email receipt she walked away without saying a word and starting working again on the order. The employee cameback with just one of the items. I had to remind her that I still needed one more to make my order complete. She again turnedaway and got the item and placed it at the table and just walked away. No apology, no have a nice day. Nothing. You shouldtreat every person who comes into your establishment like it is their very first time and make sure their experience isenjoyable. That is the way to retain customers for the future. I understand that mistakes happen, but just not acknowledging aperson is not the way to do it. I wont be coming back. Read more
