I sat down today at 11:15 at the bar. They have a conference in town and apparently no one told the restaurant here. Never got a... menu until almost 11:35. Finally had a drink by 11:40am. Man next to me ordered a triple decker club. Multiple times correctingthe bartender. However even after doing so his order came out wrong. Unfortunately it?s a restaurant full of people withnothing but excuses by the servers. Unsure who makes staffing decisions but not knowing of a conference then taking attitude tothose who stay in the hotel because of a lack of staffing is rather wrong. I travel weekly. Eat out many times. This is anabsolute disaster here today and someone should be held accountable. Read more
