Quick service. Staff was friendly. Food left a lot to be desired. My bun was almost rock hard, my beef, and my cheddar cheese... were not even warm. Only positive in the food regard was my cheese sticks. Read more
The most incompetent staff at a restaurant. Feel like spending 10-15 minutes in a drive through? If so Arby's in Ft Wright is... the place for you. The only place where a 15 minute drive through time means you still get cold fry's, and botched sandwiches. Read more
Visited here for first time in mid afternoon of 8/19. Went into dining room to order/eat. No one was even REMOTELY friendly. No... Arby's sauce to be found, so had to ask for some packs, which they had to dig out of a box. Booth seating desperately needsreplaced, as all the cushion was gone, and felt like I was sitting on wood planks. Also, you sit really low, so I felt likethree year old at the grown-ups table! Since sliders are the only remotely reasonably priced sandwich (tho mini) on menu, I gavethat a go, and it *was* good. Wish the 'experience' was AS good. Read more
