Ordered in the drive thru, 4 dinners and 3 cups of custard. Received only 3 of my meals. For $65 I expect my order to be... correct. I go in to get the meal I was missing just to get home and discover that all of our tenders were tiny little nuggets.I'm so disappointed in the meal. Update: Skip here. You'll get better chicken for cheaper at Walmart. Gave it another shot. This time it was worse. Slow service... and the food was cold right out of the window. There was probably only 2 tenders worth of actual chicken and I ordered the 5tender combo. The rest of the "tenders" were battered sinew. Never coming back here again.would love my money back. Guthrie'sis typically a good fried chicken chain, but our visit here gave us dry overcooked bits of chicken that were gritty and chewy.Not our favorite visit. Read more

This was my first time here. The staff that took my order wasn't friendly or rude. She was almost robotic. She didn't say... goodbye or thank me for stopping by. She just handed me a bag out of the drive-thru window without saying a word. When I askedfor ketchup, I was given sticky packets. She forgot my drink. I had to remind her. Still no words. The food was not good. I hada chicken sandwich and fries. There was so much more bread than chicken. The chicken had almost a rubbery texture as if it hadsat for a while. The fries were cold but had the appearance of being burnt. Prices are average. Overall, it was just not a goodexperience for me. I ended up throwing the food away and going somewhere else and spending more money. Perhaps I could tryagain, but this experience makes me not want to. Read more
