Ordered online on my lunch to pick up after work and when I picked up, they said my add on wasn't available, that they sold out.... Admitted that walk ins get priority even though I already paid for it hours before. Then would not give me a refund... also, 3rdtime they forgot to add the added topping that I paid extra for. I paid almost 50 bucks for 2 pizzas, 1 of which the dough was rotten. Literally had to scrape it from tray and stunk ao bad. The... other pizza had ok crust but while eating pulled a hair from the crust. I would not recommend eating here. Oh ya and theybasically told me the pizza was still good to eat, even. Like that. Pizza looks and smells good! But the cookie dough was packaged in a plastic bag. The person didn't change their gloves so cookie... dough got all over the bag. The cookie dough was also sitting out on the counter unrefridgerated for who knows how long! Therest of the building was really clean! It was really disappointing but we handled it respectfully and got a refund. It would begreat if Papa Murphys could ask their employees to change their gloves while packaging cookie dough :) Read more
