Good food, large portions! I forgot to ask for half size on my carne asada fries and there was enough for three meals! Good,... fresh ingredients. Nice vibe in the restaurant, but very busy. I was able to sit down at table and enjoy my food. I?ve alsoordered online and picked up and that was efficient and easier to navigate than pondering the extensive menu while in line. We come here about 2 times a week (Fountain location) and the food is great. But, tonight they got my son?s order wrong. They... have gotten his order wrong about 10 times in the past as well. My son usually just tosses it and we take the L. But this timemy husband and I decided to drive back there with our receipt and the uneaten burrito 20 minutes later, and they argued aboutmaking a new burrito. We brought the burrito back with one bite missing, and had our receipt. That?s the policy. Bring the foodback with the receipt. They made the mistake, and didn?t want to make it right. It was good till I bit into a rock in my food. I pay over $70 for my families meal I would expect to not find rocks in it. And... when we call to tell them the response we get is ?I don?t know what you want me to do?. Never again. Read more
