One of the best Zaxbys in town. The staff is incredibly nice and this location is kept very well. They actually covered my wings... in sauce which you wouldn?t think would be a problem but I?ve gotten them with no sauce before. Great experience. Read more
I am unsure as to who runs this place teenager's or adults. The individual who took our order, could barley understand what she... was say, on top of that she was hot mic'ed and you could her someone calling some a B******. Finally placed our order get to thewindow nobody comes to to the window to take our payment. Another girl opens the window half way, doesn't greet us, repeats theorder, nothing. This was the most disrespectful service I've ever had at this zaxbys. Management and the owner need to fix theattitude in that place and quick. Read more

Last review was 3yrs ago. We visited again, so it's time to update the review. Stopped for a quick bit on the way home. ... Ordered a 5pc finger plate with an extra piece of toast, an extra slaw and a 2nd drink. The cashier did a great job taking theorder.....the kitchen staff had one job to do - fill the order to what the cashier entered & charged for. You failed. No 2ndpiece of toast, no 2nd slaw. Food was good and hot, but you made it difficult to share a plate. Maybe next time, you won'tfail a customer. -1 star from past time. Read more

My second visit coming from Columbia back to Georgia. First time all was great. This time, no problem with the food. Service:... waited several minutes for girl at counter to acknowledge we were there, no biggie. Ice machine not working, so they filled thecups for us, no biggie. Ice machine beeping loudly (the whole dining room could hear it) nonstop. I approached the counter andasked if anyone could fix the ice machine. They said that's just because the machine is empty. I said it was really loud and noone said anything or came to refill it. Not that busy and plenty of people working. Just a very indifferent attitude by severalworkers.
