Horrible customer service. Ordered a pizza at 630.. called and checked on it and hour later..was told it was on its way...called... a half out later...it never left the store.. had been sitting there for an hour..when asked for a fresh pizza since it wassitting out for an hour I could hear a man saying ohh they want a fresh pizza? Sure tell her it will he another hour. We live inMokena and have chosen to give our business to the frankfort location for 10 years vs mokena store..but the manager Adam and theemployee that lied about the delivery could use some training especially if that's the kind of manager you have employed at yourlocation Read more
