Food was good as it should be. I ordered specifically 6 sandwiches with no Arby's sauce. Before I pulled away I checked and all... of them have the sauce. I nicely requested they be fixed and tried to give the other sandwiches back. The manager was anabsolute beast at this point. No cars other than me in the drive-thru and 1 family in the dining room. The girl at the windowwas super nice. But the manager was no good to us and rude. I didn't say anything got my food and left. Read more
There were two employees behind the counter. A third was leaning on the drink counter. They were in a conversation. I went in to... wash my hands. I walked to the counter where the three are now standing by the drive thru window. Zero customers at the drivethru, and only myself inside. One says she will be right with me as she walks to the kitchen area. The others follow her. Theycontinue the previous conversation. A customer walks in behind me. They continue talking, I left without getting to order. *Iwas going to answer the info sent from the Arby's response, but this seems to be a common thing at this location based on othercommentors. Stood at counter for 6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were even there (only customers there). Then another 2... minutes before waited on. Sandwiches were cool fries were warm. Read more
Waited over 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Place is filthy. Cashier was cleaning. But wow the meat slicer was on the counter... and it was disgusting. Horrible! Only one person making sandwiches everyone else just doing whatever. Read more
