I waited in line about 10 minutes. The car in front of me left and when i got to the window i told them and then paid for... mine. They had me pull up and i waited 15 more minutes, 3 cars behind me got their orders and left so i got out and opened theside door asked if they had forgotten me. The cook said she had just put the burgers on. I asked for my money back and she wasnot pleasant, talked under her breath, but did refund "all over 2 cheeseburgers." Needless to say, i wont be back. Came in to grab a quick bite and took 10 minutes before we even ordered. When we did receive service we were greeted by a not so... friendly face. This person didn?t even greet us or ask us what we wanted, she barely said 2 words. She also proceeded to get onSnapchat while we were in the process of paying. She just seemed very annoyed, you could definitely tell she didn?t want to bethere. I understand fast food is hard but if it?s your job you need to take it seriously. I just stopped by here at 8:45 and checked hours. Dining room closed at 8:00 PM and drive through closes at 9:00 PM. Drove up to... the box to place my order and was rudely told ?Just so you know, we only have drinks. We?re not serving food right now?. I onlywanted a blizzard and again, the drive through was supposed to be open until 9:00 so I said, ?I only wanted ice cream?, and wasmet with silence on the other end. After a short wait for a response, I said, ?And your drive through is supposed to be openuntil 9:00.? Then I drove away. In my humble opinion and extensive restaurant experience, if a dining area (to include drivethrough) is open until 9:00, the full menu should be available until that time. Cleaning for the next shift takes placethroughout the day and after the dining areas close. If that?s how Dairy Queen employees at this location treat payingcustomers, I will not return. Very slow service, there were multiple people that came in from the drive through wondering where their order was. We were... inside and it looked like 1 person was focused on making the ice cream for all the orders while everyone else stood in the back.When we got our blizzards 2 of the 3 were made wrong.
