We didn't get a nice person this time to help us out( the dark headed girl) was being judgemental and rude to us,
I needed help and asked a woman to help me find a hair extention she told me I could dye the hair extention red and informed me... blonde is the one I should get. I have light brown hair. I did as she said and spent 100$ only to have wasted over 30$, on colorand 35$ on hair extentions that you can't do that to. I guess thats my fault for trusting someone when I knew nothing of what Iwas doing. Smh I will never go spend money here again. Read more
I bought a $70 pair of Andis clippers that were terrible. I?ve cut my own hair 2 to 3 times a month for 15 years and generally... use cheaper Whal trimmers that have worked well. I know how trimmers should cut and this model drug through my hair making morenoise than usual and wouldn?t cut. I took them back to the store literally 3 hours after purchase and the store manager said shehad no authority to refund my money and gave me their 800 customer service number. The guy on the phone said ?all trimmer salesare final?. I?ll never shop Sally?s again. I will add that the lady running the store was friendly. Her hands were tied by badstore policy. Read more
Went in wanting a good fall color that would be easy to lighten. I was helped by a wonderful lady and out the door in less than... 20 minutes with everything I needed!
