Should be ZERO. I will preface this with; I have been a life-long customer. I also worked here for 2 and a half years. I begged... and begged for a Shift Manager position, and was hardly given a chance, until June 6, 2021. I worked many nights BY myself withone coworker, and no one spoke up to Mary Pugh. I was the only one who spoke up, and shortly after, I walked out and quit. Thena new manager was in place. I have tried and tried to mend my relationships with Starbucks and this crew, but now, even theytreat me like I?m a stranger. Now, as a Customer, the Experience has gone awfully downhill. If you want coffee, go to Walmartand buy some Folgers, it?s WAY cheaper. If you want a good experience? Do not fund this Starbucks Company. Don?t even waste yourtime here, they don?t care anymore. THE LIBRARY HAS FREE WIFI, TOO! Wishing any customers best of luck.. because even qualityhas plummeted. They aren?t worried about you.. they?re worried about getting you out of the drive through; that?s awfulmanagement AND customer service. Imagine that! Read more
