I really enjoy Greek's. But today's experience was HORRIBLE. Ordered pizza for delivery at 4:34 for 5:45 estimated... delivery. Made my first call at 6pm when delivery hadn't arrived. The guy who answered the phone made no attempt to get atanswer other than "all deliveries are out". Made my second call at 6:15. Same guy made it very obvious that he was "very busy"and "all deliveries were out" and we "will get our pizza". I could tell I was really a nuisance to him. Made my third call at6:45. The girl who answered actually took time to verify my name and address. And, lol and behold, my delivery was accidentallymarked for pickup, and was still sitting. She offered to remake and send immediately (thank you). But now that over 2 hourspassed since our order, we just asked for a refund so we could get something else. Always a good experience. Wait staff ALWAYS attentive and nice, does not matter if they are busy or not. Pizza crust is amazing!... Sit with locals at the bar or anywhere in their huge dinning area. TVs, touchtunes are available. Environment aged and used tocharm! Read more
We were seated right away and drinks ordered. We ordered salads, which were good...but the salads didn't arrive until after the... pizza did. But they had nice salad , it wasn't just lettuce out of the bag. Pizza was delicious and great reheated the next day.I don't know what happened with the salad but all in all a good experience here.
