We don't have a Casey's where we live. So we took the drive up the store 815 in Franklin KY to get some pizza. Was told they... couldn't even start on are order for at least an hour due to them unloading a truck. Although I understand the truck needs to beunloaded. They should have something to let customers know that that's more important then tending to customers that drive anhour and a half to there store not to come during these certain hours. Had guests for dinner Friday night-Ordered 5 pizzas at 3:16 pm to be picked up at 5:45 pm because I wanted to be sure they were... ready at the same time. Got emails saying my order was processed and then again later that it was ready for pickup. Sent my son& husband in to pick up at 5:45 and only 3 pizzas were ready. The person on duty said there had been a shift change and theprevious worker had not finished the order. Additionally my remaining 2 pizzas would take awhile as he had 8 other pizzas tomake ahead of mine! Never offered any apologies, other options or sympathies and my 3 ALREADY DONE PIZZAS sat for 30 minutesuntil the other 2 were ready. Pizzas had way to much cheese, I felt they were undercooked and I was TOTALLY disappointed incustomer service/care. I have reported my experience to Casey?s corporate through their website and have asked for a refund onmy cost of pizza. In my particular experience this day I feel your employees need more training in customer service and morestaff should have been on duty to help. Every time I try to call to order something to eat they never answer the phone I literally have been calling for the past 45... minutes and no one will answer the phone and I know they?re open this place needs to get under better management it was neverlike this when I worked there the only good employee they have there who does their job properly and is considerate is Gloriathe lady that works in the kitchen somebody needs to do something about this place because it?s starting to get ridiculous andthey?re losing money because now I don?t wanna order pizzas from there anymore Read more
Poor customer service, clerks are always on the phone or they are very rude... I have been charged twice in multiple... transactions within the last month that has added up to about $100.00... paid for gas twice in one transaction. Paid $50.00 ingas and only got 25.00 of it.. the clerk at the time told me it wasn't her problem. They refuse to refund my money back everytime.. I hate going into this store anymore.. Read more
