Been coming here for years, and quality of food has gone down, while prices skyrocket. We didn't hear the door tonight. A common... thing that happens to the best of us. Yet we werent called either. The delivery driver was terribly rude and shoved the foodinto my boyfriends arms. Rediculous. We are done ordering from here. Read more
I'm not sure what's going on over at central, but honestly the quality of food and service has been slowly sliding. I've been... ordering at Central for 3 years now and have always enjoyed their food and their service, but the past 6 months I have noticedthings going down hill. I stopped ordering Fish and Chips because the fish always arrived incredibly over cooked ( to the pointof being to hard to chew ) 50% of the time I have to call them and point out an item the forgotten The food has gotten VERYgreasy. Yes, I know it's a Pizza place, food isn't going to be health short of a Salad grease is going to be a thing, but thelevels we are getting grease in the food is approaching uneatable sometimes. where it was never like that before. Just today Ifound a piece of Wax paper used to wrap subs and wrap inside my Sandwhich ( I said sandwich now sub ) Delivery drivers havebeen rude on more then one occasion in the past 6 months This is only a few examples. There has been more. Like I said, for thepast 2 1/2 years I have absolutely loved Central and have made it my go to Pizza place, but as it is, I might start lookingelsewhere if this decline continues. Amazing customer service, food is always perfect and hands down best pizza around. Got my 2 pizzas, calzone, and salad done in... 30 minutes during dinner time on a Friday night which is unheard of anywhere else. Central is my family?s go to for pizza everytime. 15/10 pizza joint Read more
