The pizzas are hot and fresh. We always pick up, so never have any issues with later and cold delivery. The only reason for not... giving 5 stars is that prices have increased too much and the coupons are inconsistent. Read more
Pizza was bad and cold. Cheesy bread was decent. the delivery driver demanded more tip. Is this common practice now? they... charge a fee, I added a tip and he asked for more. This was for a $23 dollar order and I live 3 miles away. Called the store,they hung up on me. Read more
The 3.5 stars on here must be from the owners mother? This place is horrendous. It used to be pretty awesome. They don?t even... answer their phones. They use online ordering as a way to destroy pizza. Now I know ordering pizza from dominos you get what youpay for but I?m from jersey near the city where pizza is phenomenal. I only order dominos here because the homemade pizza in MAtastes like a floating head made it and threw it in a puddle. Overall this location should just shut down . Read more
Once again, another poorly ran business in Franklin. Twice ordered delivery and twice arrived hours after expected delivery... time. Second time ordered at 2:30pm for a 5pm delivery which didn?t arrive until 6:30. When calling store wondering where thedelivery is, manage was rude and simply said, ?yeah, we have a driver shortage? and didn?t provide any further details. Finally,when pizza arrived they made the pizza with BBQ sauce as opposed to typical tomato sauce. Incompetence at its highest level, asusual for a franchise owned establishments in this town. This location is the worst and I have been reluctantly coming to this one for years just because of convenience. It seems like... they have a new crew every month and sometime weeks. It?s inconsistent and the worst is the amount of time it takes to make yourpizza from order to pickup. If you choose this location, be prepared to wait and not get your order exactly right. As you cansee from the photo, there?s no one in this location. Other places will give you another pizza for not getting your order rightbut this place does not. Also, who wants to wait another half hour for the other pizza? Even though the other locations arefurther away, you have a good chance of getting your pizza sooner.
