UPDATE: it has been a year and their staff is improved. Still some issues with burnt bagels every once in a while and they never... ever have Mac and cheese at this location but on the whole they are getting better. (Raised from 2 stars to 3 stars) EverytimeI go it seems like they have someone brand new who doesn't know what they're doing. They are always out of items. There is zeroconsistency. I usually get a sandwich and a flavored red bull. The bagel is either black or barely cooked and the red bull drinkalways tastes and looks different (sometimes it's not even in the same size cup even though they informed me there is only onesize). Something is always wrong. Seems to me like they need better management organization, and training. Read more
Parking lot/drive thru is a hundred times better and easier to maneuver than Dunkin up the street. Breakfast sandwiches are... average but they have a much bigger selection than Dunkin. I like Honeydew's bagels better than Dunkin Donuts'. I tried one with pastrami and cheese. The bagel and the pastrami were both... good but it was microwaved, and extremely hot and messy. I think it would have been better toasted, or just lightly microwaved,or just cold. Read more
