It's hard to believe food of this quality is in franklin. Tulip and rose, Bravo! Their tapas menu selection was tantalizing. The... potatoes..???? that chilled almond soup was out of this world. The food was cooked Perfectly. The interior is beautiful. Thestaff is very friendly. Top it off with an excellent creme brulee and a Turkish coffee. It was a little pricey but worth everypenny. I cant wait to go back. Thank You! Read more

One of the best meal experiences we had. We saw a documentary about the restaurant on YouTube and came to try their Turkish... menu. It was a really long drive but worth it. Restaurant has great ambiance. We set outside and it is surrounded by greeneryand a beautiful big tree. All other people eating their were looking peaceful and happy. I guess Sufis have that impact on thesurroundings. Prices are very reasonable knowing that meal is peppered by some great group of mystics. How can you beat that?.Just the peace and quite was worth spending time and the drive all the way to Franklin, a town I didn’t know existed if itwasn’t for these mystics/Sufis. Read more

We were staying in Walton and had to pass through Franklin; just happened to drive by and decided to stop in for a late lunch... since it is a cool looking place and has great reviews. Not to pick on upstate fare, but y’all probably know it’s hit ormiss when you drive through these little towns (no disrespect!). We didn’t realize they were closing at 2PM, and when weshowed up they made no issue about it and sat us right away, assuring us it wasn’t a problem. Unique menu. My wife and I gotthe Korean fried chicken sandwich and my father in law got the chicken shish. Wow. Honestly, blown away. Absolutely incredible— fresh and a master blend of ingredients. Can tell a lot of love went into this menu. We finished with some baklava, whichwas apparently from a Turkish bakery. Amazing quality. Erdem talked with us for a good ten minutes after our meal. Real chill, pleasant dude — and a fellow Long Islander! Offered us umbrellas to get to our car when it started pouring. I’d drive the3.5 hours up just to come back. Read more
