Not that it wouldn't be good food, it should be more than a small fine print ,that all meat is cooked rare to med rare. I'm a... well done kinda person. The wings come blackened and that was gross. My husband likes rare so he was happy with his burger. The server was very good, Read more

15 minutes to be seated while at like 20% capacity. Over an hour of waiting on the food, order was slightly wrong with pickles... still being on the sandwich-that?s whatever it happens. Wagyu burger was dry as hell. The onion rings look amazing but they justweren?t our kinda thing and the truffle fries were just overpowering with the truffle oil. Max and cheese bites were nice andthe milkshakes were ok. The hot chicken sandwich was buffalo Read more

The burger joint for people who wouldn't eat in a burger joint. The burger up in Franklin is a nice, restaurant welcoming to... families. Absent is the community table seating at other locations. Included is a large bar that allows the over 21 crowd to addto their experience. But make no mistake about it, this is the place to go for a great burger, masterfully cooked andcreatively designed. Including locally sourced ingredients in many cases, and a more rewarding offering of side dishes allowsyou to enjoy crispy Brussels sprouts if you have had enough fries, or a large onion rings tower. Burger up is not a fast foodburger, and the menu prices reflect that. But I never feel that it is over priced. Stop in for a great burger prepared bysomeone who values the eating experience. I have attached a picture of what they call pimento cheese. That should say enough for itself. The food was not worth the wait... and the house made ketchup was? interesting at best. (Definitely not a fan) I was upgraded to a wheat bun without being askedand that only added to the dryness of my food. They seemed under staffed or unorganized. The bar was packed and the bartenderFaith had the entire bar top (full) and her tables. We spent 10 minutes with empty plates before she was able to get us out ofthere. The experience would have been more enjoyable if we would have been asked if our food was okay when it came out or evenshortly after as we needed drinks and other items. Im glad she did give us water with our tea bc we did not get refills untilthe end of our meal. I don?t think this is her fault but management needs to rearrange or hire more staff. Read more

Amazing food!! Our waitress, Amber, was the best! And for anyone with a peanut allergy, they do not have any peanuts (except for... their oil but it?s completely refined and I had no problems with my severe allergy. ????) We will definitely be coming back! Read more
