The ice cream itself was great, but I had a negative point. I had never been to this particular place before (visiting Franklin)... and they had a flavor that I thought about getting, but wanted to try before I committed to buying a whole cone. I was informedthat they could not do samples due to staffing issues. It seemed kind of odd to me that that was the reason they didn't dosamples considering it seemed to be amply staffed. Maybe that is a corporate policy that all locations are adhering to. Would goback, but hope to see them allow samples for people. Read more
We've been to the Factory countless times, yet never stopped for Jeni's ice cream! This time around we stopped by and we were... absolutely delighted. This is easily some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. The staff was patient with us andeven provided recommendations as it was our first time purchasing from here.
