>>This review is solely for the service. Either the manager has the best staff there is or I've just been coming at the right... times. My first visit was on Friday. I'm a vegan, so there weren't a ton of options, but the young man at the front counter wasvery personable and accommodating. He was patient and double-checked with a more senior team member about what could be workedout. Dietary restrictions in chain restaurants can be a hassle for everyone involved; his sense of humor in the situation mademe feel at ease like my request was no more complicated than anyone else's . I had two kids with me who were bouncing around,but he didn't seem agitated. He was just nice! Another young man brought out the food and came back to see if we might need morenapkins. Honestly, I probably let myself get excited by the menu's potential, but it didn't live up to it. My meal was bland, one... coworker barely finished her small bowl because it 2as so salty, but our third found his meal tasty. 2/3 poor experiences is ano from me, but it gets 2 stars because of the 3rd person. My small pesto chicken zoodle bowl was quite boring and veryunderseasoned. It did have a decent amount of chicken in it, but the bowl was... Cold. It seemed an odd temperature to serve thepesto bowl. The sauce was also very thin. My side Caesar salad had a ton of croutons and cheese (which I only mention because Ifound it so odd) and the salad dressing itself wasn't flavorful. The young lady at the front counter taking orders (Anna I believe) is so dry in her customer service delivery. She made me feel... rushed to place my order, was impatient and not friendly at all. While myself and others waited on our Togo ordered she sat onher phone with her back turned majority of the time. Seems like she was ready to get off work. A very good experience. The portion size was huge. The flavor was delicious. I asked for spicy and that's exactly what I... received. Often spicy isn't enough, but this was just right. I guess the real test would be to visit several locations of thisfranchise to see how consistent the quality is. This location gets 5 stars from me. Read more
