Been to a few Starbucks in Franklin/Brentwood & this was my first visit to this one, while on my way to work. Didn?t remember... the red cup for the derive drink deal that was going on today, November 17th, and they still got my order out in a timelymanner! All very kind even when there was soooo much going on. I couldn?t do it if I were them???? counted ten workers when Ivisited around 7a today. All were focused on getting everyone?s orders out & did amazingly & smoothly. Drive through was wrappedaround the building and going down the rd a bit. Inside was crowded and full of people waiting for their orders and eating thereat the tables. This is mostly mobile orders in the table. They got mine out right around the time the app told me it would be,because I placed a mobile order too. The girl in the brown hair and glasses in this picture, did so well at communicating to mewhere my drink was in the list of drinks she had to finish. She had the tablet in front of her and was also calling out names &finishing up the drinks. I just wanted to know bc I didn?t expect the amount of orders/people & I was on my way to work. The redcup deal day was sure a busy one for them, but they all did great! Hope they all got a great tip share at the end of the day! I love the vibe of this Starbucks, and the employees are THE BEST. They are always so friendly and kind every time I come in.... Today, I accidentally ordered at the wrong Starbucks location on my mobile app. I'd already been at this location waiting for 20minutes before I realized what I'd done (they were super busy, so I just figured it was just taking longer than usual). When Irealized my mistake, though it was totally my fault, the barista offered to make me a drink here anyway! It was so thoughtfuland kind of her to do on a busy day when she had so many other customers to deal with. I have to give this starbucks props... they are busier than many I have been into and the staff was moving as fast as they... could. No complaints about quality at all when I know that most places skimp when they get busy. Only down side is they ARE THATbusy, so if you get in there during a rush hour (my case morning time 730am) time frame, understand that it may take 20 minutesfor a Cafe coffee order. Really disappointed by the drinks and service. On our way home on a several hour drive (12 hours) and we stopped for coffee... cause it makes sense. Unfortunately , BOTH of our drinks (caramel macchiato and flat white, both with oat milk) are tasteless.Ok, well, they taste like warm oat milk. No coffee flavor and no caramel flavor for the macchiato. Not only is it a waste ofmoney, the point of strong and tasty coffee to help with the drive was completely missed. Pretty sure this Starbucks survives by being in a nice area, because it's definitely not for staff knowledge or good tasting... drinks. Order taker did not know which flavor options were dairy-free and neither did whoever she asked, so for safety sake Iordered a plain coffee with almond milk. That was literally the worst tasting coffee I've ever had. Then we had to wait 15minutes for my boyfriend's cold coffee. I would not come back here by choice, the coffee at the gas station is better. I'llstick to the yummy Starbucks on Charlotte where they can make me a delicious dairy-free drink and do it in a timely fashion. Read more
