Ordered from JimmyJohn's today and the website switched the location from Oak Creek to S 27th st. Not happy about that and it... took from start to finish 45 minutes. I have ordered from this Jimmy Johns twice, both delivery. Both times took almost two hours. The first time, the bread was rock... solid. The second time there was actual mold on the bread, which makes zero sense considering they are ?supposed? to sell theday old bread. The manager I talked to was clueless. Never eat here. Read more
I had ordered delivery from this Jimmy Johns today and it took an hour for it to come to my house. I had called the store to see... if they had received my order at all, and the guy put me on hold ?to check? but then left me on hold for 15 minuets withoutgetting back to me. About 6 minutes into the phone call I had finally got the notification on the app that the order was out fordelivery, yet i still wasn?t taken off hold. The delivery was at the door while i was still on hold with this store, so Idecided to hang up and just enjoy my sub. It turns out that they forgot multiple items during this transaction, and it wasextremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I shouldn?t have to call a bunch of times, especially when my order was over $50not including the tip i left for the driver. I?ve never had issues with this location until the recent past month or two. Ever since they hired this gal that works the... window the service has been horrid. Every order she FORGETS half your items. Today was a soda, napkins and some of my order wasincorrect. This was a order online pick up in person. Before this I?ve done drive through order and pick up and she doesn?t takehalf my order down. So when I?m at the window and I ask for the item I asked for she gives me a blank stare. Then I check myreceipt and realize her error and leave. I mean I get every now and then but this is every time. I avoid going there now forlunch because I don?t want to deal with having to do someone else?s job. If I do get lunch from them it?s because I?m short ontime for lunch and they?re close. Read more
