Ordered using the app and was quoted 35-45 mins, which is pretty standard. When checking the app, I saw our food was done, but... then got a text saying or food was being delivered by door dash and would be delivered another 40 mins later, which means ourfood was sitting at least 20 more mins. When the food was delivered, we were missing a cookie and our pizza was stone cold. Ifirst texted, then tried calling the store twice. Both times someone picked up and hung up without talking to me. I then triedcalling the customer service number which told me to call the store directly. I tried one last time about 15 mins later and thesame thing happened. The phone was picked up and hung up. bought 2 medium cheese and sausage pizzas, 1 thick crust and 1 thin crust, when we got them home there was no sauce on them. we... called the manager and he did not believe us, the only reason we did not take them back is because they were picked up for adisabled person who doesn't not drive so they could not be returned at that moment. the reason i am writing this is the way themanager spoke to us on the phone. no apologies or anything, didn't even offer us the satisfaction of bringing it back to him sohe could see it. they lost our business. The delivery drivers lack the common sense to ring the door bell upon delivery, after waiting for an hour and a half, order... ended up getting canceled would never recommend ordering from here. Cashier on phone had no reasoning as to why driver left,said customer caller number, but did not. For future reference make sure your employees have a double digit IQ before hiring. Read more
