Food was decent, service was terrible. The girl at the register couldn't answer simple questions such as, do I order here first... or just sit in the dining area. We sat down and no one came to take our order. When we ordered at the front, she asked cash orcard, I said card and she input cash and we had to wait until someone from the back could come fix it. They gave us honeymustard with my kids chicken tenders, didn't ask what sauce we wanted. The kid wanted ranch and they charged us for it as wewalked out the door. Come to franklin lakes pizza for soggy crust, flavorless sauce, and some plastic cheese on top! Top it off with cold mozzarella... sticks. If you want a good pizza, go anywhere else. In all honesty, my plain pie was atrocious. Read more
Nice soft crust, sweet sauce, but a drop too much cheese. Nice variety, some choices you won't find elsewhere. Super nice staff.
Can?t say enough good things about this restaurant! Customer service is always amazing, the food speaks for itself and as a new... resident of Franklin Lakes I tried out many restaurants and continuously find myself going back to this one! Food is alwaysfresh not to mention when you order on the phone they remember and remind you of all the special ways you like your food.
