I purchased 3 scoops of ice cream on Oct 22, 2022. One of the scoops of chocolate ice cream was not fully pushed into the cone... and when I got outside a slight tip caused the scoop to fall off the cone. When I went back inside I mentioned this to the olderIndian lady that the scoop had fallen off and I needed another scoop. I was served another scoop and charged for it again. It really takes a lot for me to write a negative review. Well, 3rd time is the charm. Let me just tell you that this is the LAST... time I go here! The morning crew is rude & have given me a hard time whenever they have messed up my drink. They neverapologize, they never say good morning or thank you. This is absolutely unacceptable! The window attendant in the morning is a really miserable person. I'm a paying customer but get treated as if I'm... inconveniencing her. She had the nerve to send me around to get back in line when I walked in and seen my food ready moved awayfrom the window just so she could feel better about herself. She has been an ongoing problem but I had enough and notreturning. They rather lose a customers than replace this sorry person.
