The service was horrible and every single one of our blizzards were wrong. We got a rocky road that had reese pieces in it.... Peanut butter crunch with no peanut better and a butterfinger blizzard with barely any butterfinger in it. We were also chargedwrong for our order and he tried to make us over pay. I entered this Dairy Queen location on September 20th, 2021. I entered a bit after they closed but the worker was super nice,... kind, intelligent and understanding. He was aware that the online hours were wrong and apologized for it. He politely explainedthe situation and said it was completely out of his control in a relaxing manner. Since I am aware that he is just working byhimself I was completely understanding that he is just a regular worker and does not have he ability to change the hours online.He made a great blizzard and I was super satisfied with my blizzard. 5 star review for sure, made my night. I?ve been coming here for years and never had a issue till recently. Was informed by the owner that what my boyfriend gets is... suppose to be made in a bigger bowl and if it is not the next time we come to let him know. well we did that and the ownerswitched his story up when the manager had to call him. Then I had to go back because mine was made wrong. When I informed themanager the brownies were stale and made my boyfriend sick the other worker said ?yea I noticed something was not right? I askedhim then why would you still serve it. He had no response. As we left I told them they should throw the brownies out the managerstuck his hand in the brownies without a glove and said they are fresh. Now it makes me wonder how clean this place is. Also whyargue with a customer for 15 mins. Even the owner said customer is always right. You don?t argue. Let?s add that now thewebsite says what time they close and they really don?t close at that time. Earlier! And when I called I was given an attitudeand told they don?t know how to change it.
