This was the first time ever that I've had to throw a Subway sandwich in the garbage. Frederic used to be my favorite Subway... but it has really gone down hill in quality and service. Tonight was the last straw. The workers were slow as molasses, andthey couldn't have possibly cared less about the customers. It was 3 hours before closing and they had let most of thevegetables run low which showed how dirty the bottom of the food bins were. The onions were so incredibly strong they weren'tedible. Really awful. The spinach was wilted and brown tipped. There were four pickles in the bin and unidentified floatingdebris! The tomatoes were gross. But worst of all was the soda dispenser. Service and food is always good but no reason they shouldn't be able to take a $100 dollar bill. This is the second time. first... time I had to go next door to get change (holiday) and they wouldn't do it so I had to go all the way to the bank to get changejust to get my sandwich. just get a counterfeit checker and a safe for extra money to make change.
