Yea firestone one for me from now on. Mornings are pretty good. But the afternoon crew is absolutely terrible. Must of just... started within last two months or so. There?s a higher likelihood of your order being incorrect than correct. Not to mentionthey?re terribly slow. It?s busier in the mornings and never have an issue. Come in the afternoon you?re in for a wait. Seriously takes so long. Not to mention wrong drink two days in a row. That?s about $19 wasted. No more for me here. Read more
Consistently get orders wrong and do not apologize. One man working there in particular, has a very poor attitude. Employees not... trained well and would never make it in a busy location. It is unfortunate that there is no closer location with a drive thru.Disappointed to say the least. Read more
I need to use their wifi for a quick meeting and had a breakfast sandwich afterward. Very convenient!

First off, I?d like to thank the employees here for their hard work, patience, and friendliness at any hour I?ve visited. This... is a frequently utilized stopping point right before the expressway and while I value my time just as much as someone else, Ivalue how my day begins and ends even more so and seeing these bright and cheerful faces really sets the tone for the day,especially before facing any headache inducing traffic and/or tasks later in the day as I continue sipping my very large cup ofharmonious flavors. To continue my good feeling about this place, I implore everyone to order through the app, save headachesfor the employees working to manage taking your order, while speaking to another one or more customers in the shop anddrive-thru and it helps them decide which drink or food to make next. Plus, you get to see prices, modifications, additions, andpay in the app, allowing you to also save your masterful creations. I?m the type of person to order via the app and pick up inthe drive thru. It?s not about being lazy or wanting something special, it?s cause I?m disabled and getting inside places can betrickier than worthwhile. The baristas have never once griped to me about doing this, nor have they ever complained at me if mydrink order didn?t come through quick enough before I reach the window. I thank them again for their patience! I alsoappreciate that I can ask for small medications at the speaker box like ?please put my shots on the side so it keeps my drinkcold while I wait for the espresso to cool down? and again, they just do it with a smile.
