The staff was friendly. We didn?t have a long wait. My wife and I had the Quesadilla Burger and it was mediocre. The tortilla... was not soft, the ingredients were bland and lacked flavor. Applebees is a chain so you have an idea of what to expect. This place was a core memory for my wife that has now been... shattered. The only plus is that we were seated in less time than was quoted. This is where the problems began. The booth theyset us at was for four people there are five of us. The drink for my son came back wrong and I had to ask for my drink wellafter the appetizers were brought out. We got no side plates for the appetizers and napkins and silverware were only brought outafter requested. The silverware that was brought out was plastic ware. The boneless wings that were brought out were more likechicken tenders dipped and buffalo sauce. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm on one plate and cold on another. The pasta was coldand it felt like the kitchen was expecting the sauce to warm the noodles up. It did not. Over all the food was disappointing.Our waitress was very kind and understanding. I gave a score of 1 for atmosphere because a few people, especially one man at the bar was tremendously loud using foul... language.
