Worst Chipotle I've ever been to, ever! I went to get a quick post workout meal. The patrons were breaking in line which should... have been my cue to leave. I made the mistake of staying and then service was awful! I think chipotle is still considered fastfood but this one makes you wait for 20-30 minutes for food. I finally got my food and the chicken had so much fat attached toit I couldn't eat it! Money and time wasted! Read more

Drive through order is quick most of the time. However, meat portion is small. And they make up the boritto with too much rice.... Also when I was there last time, the system was down and thus, they have to check order on may app to start making it. Thus,order was delayed. Read more

This is the 2nd time we've had a bad experience with this new Urbana location!! My daughter Ordered 2 bowls online and requested... extra lettuce in both and NEITHER BOWL HAD ANY LETTUCE IN IT!!! Instead of extra lettuce we got NO LETTUCE ???? The last time Iwas in there in person the customer service SUCKED!! The only reason we ordered from this location tonight was cause my daughterworked extra late and this location is the closest location to her job.
