So...I don't think they have ever gotten an order right. For some reason they assume you want synthetic sweetener in your black... coffee, cause one just can't live without sugar even if it is fake. And then they blame you when you ask for coffee free ofadditives you never asked for. Read more
Small Starbucks with no drive thru. Decent service time. Limited inside seating. Outside tables available.
Probably the most disorganized Starbucks that I've visited. The staff does not stop personal conversations when interacting with... customers. When my drink order was ready, the employee was more focused on her conversations that she didn't even read say myname outloud. In fact there were multiple people waiting on drinks and she was just putting them on their "online order"bookshelf. I waited and waited and finally spoke up and they had no idea I was even waiting on a drink. Very poor customerservice. There are multiple Starbucks locations in Frederick and I highly recommend check one of those out instead. Read more
Very small, very busy Starbucks. Long lines early on a Friday morning and complete lack of organization among the staff. It... took nearly 30 minutes to get our entire order and it came out piecemeal instead of together. On top of that baristasmislabeled drinks and we ended up having to exchange one ourselves with another customer (they got ours and we got theirs). Notimpressed. There is very little seating indoors, it is a long narrow space. Due to lack of organization there were a largenumber of people standing around waiting for their orders and blocking the entrance.
