I have never had a bad experience going into a Jersey Mike?s establishment ever! I went into this Jersey Mike and was not... greeted, everyone acted as if they had an attitude, I watched how everyone who came in after me was greeted and treated withrespect, kindness and excellent customer service. The guy who took my order seemed like a harsh, I don?t care-what are ?you? inhere for kind of attitude. I smiled at everyone and was pleasant. The kicker to this was the fact that the manager Dan was withthe other workers as well! My money was sat on the counter along with my receipt, I was not asked if I wanted any condiments andmy sandwich was sat on the counter (not in a bag) with mayo at the end of the wrapper. After all of that I requested for arefund- everyone looked and scrambled to hurry and get me my refund. I asked for the manager name and was told in a smart sassyway ?He is right there?, when I looked over at him, I asked him for his first and last name. He said it with no compassion. Iguess if the leadership acts like that, then they employ staff and encourage that kind of behavior. Speaking with anothercustomer about the incident and to my surprise-who has experienced the same exact treatment before, she said ?I don?t like goingin there because they act the same exact way to me?. Either this Jersey Mike doesn?t like women who wear Santa hats orChristmas Sweaters or being a Black or Latina woman is a factor. May God bless and forgive each of them for their behavior andhave mercy on them in Jesus name! I will NOT patronage at this Jersey Mike?s Sub! Read more
