This is the worst Dunkin' donuts I have ever visited this place should be shut down you couldn't get a dozen donuts of different... types they had about eight different donuts that was it the staff was very rude finally got my order just waiting on chocolatehot chocolate took another 10 minutes just to get one cup of hot chocolate waiting forever they did not care one bit and aDunkin' donuts that has no donuts or anything else there's no reason for it shouldn't be there. I was going through the drive through about 2 weeks ago with an order from the mobile app. The Manager cancelled the order on... their machine, even thought I had already been charged via the App ( I guess it was because I had multiple items and the drivethrough was backed up (I waited in line for about 10 minutes myself). I then told her I need a refund as I also confirmed I wascharged on my CC. She told me they no longer do refunds on mobile app orders, and to contact the App for a refund. She was veryrude during the whole process. After contacting the App, I was told that the store is required to provide the refund. They saidthey would contact the franchise owner who would get a hold of me to discuss it. well 2 weeks went by, I still have not beencontacted , nor can I contact them as their phone just rings as a constant busy signal. I even went through the app again andthey said they would elevate the issue. I do not suspect I will hear from from them and have begun a charge back with my CCcompany.
