Customer service sucks! They charged for something we didn't get and instead of apologizing or offering a solution they (manager... & cashiers) got rude. The girl who gave us the refund was rude. Just a very unpleasant experience. Read more
The manager in there is rude. She let me and other guest stand in the lobby for 10 minutes while she waited on the thru only... to get an attitude with us and tell us the lobby was closed. Like we were supposed to read her mind. All while she wasslamming orders on the counter and calling numbers rudely to people who weren't picking them up. Now I get that there is ashortage of workers which isn't my issue, my issues the attitude she had with someone named Alicia on the phone whom she went onand on about, but couldn't come to us and explain the lobby was closed.
