The only good reviews of this location I could find were from five years ago, that says enough as it is. I recently moved... nearby and I remember thinking "oh nice, I'll be able to get a breakfast sandwich every now and then". I have gone to thislocation 6 times in the past month and EVERY SINGLE TIME they've been "out" of what I ordered. Everything from donuts to cookiesto breakfast sandwiches to soup. I was there at 6 pm once, asked for a bagel and was told they had nothing but coffee. It's tothe point where I was starting to feel like they had something against me personally. After seeing these reviews I've come tothe conclusion that they have something against everyone. I've had to be refunded for my online orders 5 of the 6 times I'vegone there. That's literally almost a 90% failure rate. The staff has been so rude and unapologetic for the poor service andlack of items. I don't even like coffee or go there often but someone needs to do something about this location, it's abysmalgives Tim's everywhere a bad name. Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is sub par, and not a single person in this facility knows how to make an... iced coffee, every time I go to this location they never make our iced coffees right. Ether they forget a flavour shot which wepaid for, or they just don?t care and they make their coffees super bitter and disgusting. I also have never seen a lack ofproduct from another place than I have here. We go here sometimes and they literally never have anything, not only that but whenyou ask for items on the menu they almost seem annoyed. Horrible Tim Hortons, definitely needs to be shut down.
