Workers here are disappointing. specifically the lady working front counter with glasses. attitude everytime i come here. doesnt... tell us when we can pay, just horrible all arnd. you put urself in the position to work here dont take it out on customer bc ucant get out of your comfort zone. Was walking the mall. Stopped at Wendy?s to get a large drink . With tax 3.89. I took one ship of the pineapple mango drink . It... was an instant sugar rush . Absolutely aweful . It was all ice and all sugar . I went back to tell the girl who took care of methat the drink was all sugar . She didn?t understand me she went to get the manager . The manager only spoke Spanish and told meno refund and everyone was laughing . Another man next to me was complaining his soda was all syrup. Obviously this Wendy?sdoesn?t care about customers or customer service . I will never go back their first anything . Also it would help if some of thestaff actually spoke English and didn?t look at customers laughing speaking to each other in Spanish only . What a disgrace tolaugh in a customers face and harass them . Don?t waste your time supporting this Wendy?s . The employees were getting drinksfor themselves while working and no one had gloves on all eyes on me everyone laughing and speaking Spanish . Place also wasdirty all the workers were doing nothing but drinking laughing and hanging out . I have never had such an experience at anyWendy?s so I will make it a point never to frequent this Wendy?s ever again .
