Terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. Almost dismissive. They also do not answer the phone. And they are typically out... of stock of some of the more important items. Personal suggestion, Jimmy John's isn't too far away. Read more

Went in to check out all the new sandwiches ... and went with my favorite "classic" ???? steak & cheese. Everything looked good... and the veggies were super fresh. My old-stand-by sandwich was awesome! Employees were nice, the store was clean, and I didn'thave to wait in line. Read more
Ordered a foot long meatball marinara with pepper jack cheese toasted with only jalapeños. The window employee was just... laughing uncontrollably. So when I make it to work and open up my sandwich they put a very excessive amount of jalapeños on mysandwich. I had more jalapeños than I had bread.
