I ordered a garden salad for $8.00 through a food delivery ap. The salad was missing tomato and cucumbers. It had a bit of... tomato which was diced up so small, like for salsa. Bagel was disappointing also and the entire order was disappointing. When Icalled to complain, the person on the phone didn't seem pressed. He offered an $8.00 discount on my next order but I won't beordering from here again! Thank God I got my money back for the salad from the delivery ap. Read more
Just ordered here from Uber Eats. They didn?t have an item in stock so I ordered something else. They told the delivery driver... that I re ordered the same thing which I did not! Why would I do that? On top of that my order was extremely late and UEpromised despite that, that it wouldn?t be cold and yet it was. I am so disappointed. Let me start off by saying the bagels are good here. However, the service for me was terrible. I walked into the store and I was... the only on the line. There were 4 employees behind the counter. I was standing for maybe 5 minutes. No one said are you beinghelped. Or I?ll be with you in a minute. Nothing. I stood around until finally I said 4 of you and no one could help me and Iwalked out. This was my second time at this place and the bagels are good along with the cream cheese. The only problem I have with this... place is that there is no way of seeing or knowing what kinds of cream cheese they have until you get up to the counter toorder, you have to ask and when they tell you they literally speed talk thru the options available. It literally takes 2minutes and probably $5 to buy a sign and some makers to display the flavors of the day to make the customer and the employeesexperience a little smoother and better, that is it....
