You pre order what you like at the register. Then they will sit you. Then theyput your plate on. Then your meats and sides come. The you start to cook. But the fast and quickness of the staff. You will nothave to wait. And it's buffet style. You order and order till your overloaded in your belly. And what's great is they willchange your hot plate out when it's cooked over enough.
