First time having hotpot this place is amazing the service is A++ they have robot carts that drive to your table and then a... server comes and unloads it. They had a person who made noodles by hand in front of your table this place is amazing. Top it offyou have ice cream and toppings. Haidilao impressed us yet again with its wonderful service! I believe our waiter’s name was Jackson. He was awesome and... attentive. He quickly ordered the kids meal for our daughter and asked if we want aprons, as well as provide me a hair tie. Healso gave my daughter a wand toy. My daughter absolutely loved seeing the robot deliver food. She remembers the robot frombefore and enjoys seeing it go back and forth to bring food to people. She also was super excited and happy seeing dancingnoodle again (Fei fei did great!). She requested to come to Haidilao for her birthday in October as she loved the food andexperience. We enjoyed it as well and came to celebrate our anniversary. We received a bag of goodies, which was very sweet. Totop it off, if you come during 2 to 5pm timeframe Mon to Thurs, until 10/11, it is 12% off for happy hour. The sauce bar wasgreat, love the variety and the extra snacks, as well as ice cream. Came here for dinner with my friends on a Wednesday night. We had a reservation for 7pm but but here at 6:45pm. It wasn't too... busy so they seated us right away. The staff was very friendly. I was very surprised they offered us an apron and hair bands.And I loved the table had a wireless charger for my phone. That has never happened at restaurant before. They showed us how toplace our order on the Ipad and explained some of the items to us. Once we placed out order everything came out right away. Igot the mushroom broth, one of my friends got the pork broth and the other got the tom yum broth. The meat was really good and Ialso ordered the fried potato shrimp and shrimp balls with cheese. It was all so delicious. It was a little pricey because itwas not all you can eat. You are charged per item. But I even included the salad bar and got the potato and seaweed salad. And Ilike how The ice cream is included in your meal. I can't wait to come back with family because I know they will enjoy it too. Read more

Always a fun time at Haidilao. I’ve been to the Singapore location and was excited to try back in the states. Still similar... quality and fun environment. This place isn’t AYCE but the quality makes everything more worthwhile. Highly recommendbrisket, fish balls with roe, tofu skins… pretty much anything you can’t go wrong.
