Placed a phone order, and asked if it's possible to be picked up at a specific time/made at a specific time and was told that is... completely fine. However, I stated that if they were busy or didn't have time to do specific time/pickups, it was not an issueto drive down at that moment to pickup the order. Yet I was reassured that it was not an issue at all and was told "that's whatwe are here for". Customer service was excellent and hats off to the chefs, because the food was delicious as always. Good was decent, but the screwed up our order and by the time we saw it, we were home and the drive is too much to go back. The... gentleman taking orders barely spoke over a mumble. I realize it's hard to find good help with minimum wage, but train youremployees a little more. Read more
Best hawaiian BBQ in the bay. The food portions are huge and at a great price ~$11 to $12. There is shredded cabbage on the... bottom of the Chicken Katsu dish and many other variants like Hawaiian BBQ Beef, Seafood Platter, or the Chicken with Curry. Ithas been consistent each time I go. Definitely my go-to place and worth the 20m drive from Milpitas. Read more
