Came in with my step daughter and ordered two sandwiches. 30 minutes later we got one of them and were told they *lost* the... ticket for the other. When she got her Italian there was no oil, vinegar, or anything other than meat and cheese... just a bonedry sandwich. Terrible service, sub-par food and a run down atmosphere with a staff that CLEARLY couldn't care less. Give thisplace a miss because you can do better almost anywhere. The free sandwich if you have the coupon sure isnt the same quality as the one you actually pay full price for. If your going... to skimp on my free one then just keep it. The reason I know is i get the same sandwiches all the time so I know that the one Igot was like low amount of everything. . It was more like a diet sandwich. Sure the bread is full size still. Then the managerhad run out of black bowls for us to make our salad and he had the mind to actually say dont be greedy making the salad with theboxes.
