The food is always good and orders are prepared quickly but on more than one occasion they have forgot the cookie I ordered and... it's really annoying that they don't deliver to the west side of town. They're missing out on a fair amount of money by limitingtheir delivery area. Read more
Normally I love JJ. They?re fast with delivery down to my work on the south side. But tonight when my daughter specifically... asked for JJ before her softball game I went through the drive through. The person taking orders had to ask me back every singlething I said to her. Ordered a #12 and #16. Both with a couple freebies and asked them to cut in half. The only thing that wascorrect on our sandwiches was the number written on the package. They did not take care and did not make sure their sandwicheswere made to order. There were also so many workers and hardly any customers. Makes me sad. Read more
