Customer service is not there. After going against my sisters experiences I thought let?s give it a try again? nope.... Inappropriate environment from employees. At 5:15pm they ran out of sauce upfront and instead of grabbing more from the backthey laughed and shrugged me off. Being a manager at a fast food restaurant that is not welcoming so I will not be returning tothis location! Also there were ants on the soda machine, it?s sad to have to walk in and check for ants to determine if u wouldlike to buy a drink from that establishment. Please get it together! I know it?s possible, Hanford location? Shaw location areall great but this one needs some work on customer service and cleanliness! Read more
I just didn't care for this place. The food has no flavor - dumping an entire jar of chili powder on a chicken tender doesn't... count. I just couldn't enjoy it at all. Not at all worth the $16 meal (+ $2.50 for a drink). There are better places to go. Read more
The loaded Mac N Cheese is very tasty and filling . Good portions as 1 bowl is enough for two people in my opinion... (update) Ordered food to go walk in . Sat inside and waited for a extended period of time . The girl who took my order went onbreak. When she returned she looked at me with concern and asked have you received you're order ? Then asked my order number. Shortly my order was ready and she explained they gave me a full credit for the long wait . Note I did not make a scene or wasrude . They automatically did this and i was very surprised and impressed. The food one again good the loaded Mac is bomb ! Ihighly recommend this place over many other fast food chains and rude employees. I order number one it was two chicken sliders, comes with fries.. i just think it should include the drinks like other places!... The food was good you choose how spicy you wanted. If you want a drink have to pay 2.50 on top of the 14 dollars meal plus tax. Read more

I?m not sure what happened as this place use to be very good. We ordered 3 angry fries to go. The cashier was very nice and... funny there were some people eating in but it wasn?t super busy. The soda machines had no ice and most of the syrups were empty When we got home there were literally 10 fries in the bowl (I counted) 1 chicken tender was cut into 4 pieces and 1/2 the bowlwas filled with cole slaw. Sadly we will no longer be going here. Read more
