I have placed orders online several times before without any issues. However, this time around I was having issues placing the... order so I called the store. I explained to them what was happening with their system and one of the workers was more thanwilling to help me out and take my order over the phone (to which I was grateful). However, a manager was nearby and must haveheard that my order was being taken over the phone and she stepped in and did not allow for my order to be taken over the phone.She got on the phone and tried telling me to go online and do what I had already been trying to do for the last 3o minutes! Itried explaining that their system was not working and she just wouldn't listen. I asked if she would please help me and herresponse was "you can call back in 10 minutes when we are not so busy". I just gave up. Way to go management! That's how youkeep customers coming back! (not!). Horrible experience. I will make the drive the the further location on my next order. Forsuch horrible customer service from management, not worth my time and money. Read more
