On April 28, 2022, I ordered a Burrito Bowl via the app and picked it up at 7:30pm. About 1/4 to 1/3 of the cooked rice were... dehydrated kernels. Every bite got crunchier and crunchier. I finally figured out what the problem was and scooped out thepebble-hard kernels of rice the best I could. It seems like every other time I come to this Chipotle, I encounter a problem. After a few months, I return to see if things are better. They never are. This franchise has a persistent problem. I willdrive to another Chipotle that is farther away, or go to Qdoba's or Moe's.
